Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Insurance
To provide comprehensive ENT service, our office accepts a variety of HMO's, PPOs, Medicare, and other health plans. At this time, we do not accept adult TN Care. For out of network insurance plans it is the responsibility of the patient to check insurance benefits and out of network coverage. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier. For Cochlear Implant candidates, please call our office to verify eligibility and insurance coverage.
