How to Sign Up for MMC and Me (For Ages 18+)

If you wish to connect with with your providers via the MMC and Me Patient Portal, please follow these simple steps:

1. Click here to create a new MMC and Me account.
2. Fill in the appropriate information. Provide an accurate zip code.
3. Choose Murfreesboro Medical Clinic as the organization that you want to connect with.
4. After completing these steps, MMC will receive notice of the request for a connection. You will receive an email once the request is processed.
