Brandise Raikes

Director of Marketing

Brandise Raikes serves as the Director of Marketing for Murfreesboro Medical Clinic, where she leads branding, communications, and community outreach to support the clinic’s physician-owned model of care. She brings over three years of experience with MMC, having previously served as Marketing Coordinator before being promoted in recognition of her leadership and dedication.

A graduate of Tennessee Technological University, Brandise has built a career around meaningful connection and service. Her passion for storytelling and community engagement drives her work—from launching patient-focused campaigns to fostering partnerships that enhance health and wellness in the region.

Beyond her professional role, Brandise is actively involved in the community. She serves on the fundraising committee for the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Center, the planning committee for the Special Kids Race, and supports several other local charities and events throughout Rutherford County. She is also a member Rutherford Cable and serves as a Rutherford County Chamber diplomat.

Brandise resides in the Blackman Community with her husband, Phillip, and "bonus" daughter Abby. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts, painting, hiking, kayaking, and supporting Abby’s musical pursuits as a proud band mom. Her personal mantra—“Community is not just a place, it’s a commitment”—reflects her values both in the office and out in the world.
