Dr. Robert Knox moved to Murfreesboro in 1994 after completing his internal medicine and gastroenterology training at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He is married to Julie and has two daughters, Megan, who is attending Mississippi State University, and Ellie, who is a student at Webb. Presently, Dr. Knox is the Chairman of the Quality of Care committee at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. He is the children's supervisor for Bible Study Fellowship Murfreesboro men's class, and attends Belle Aire Baptist. He is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.After finishing his training, Dr. Knox and family were looking to settle in a family oriented community. Murfreesboro has been a place that they love and will always call home.
