In the summer of 2026, the providers at MMC Northfield will be relocating to our newest MMC location at 2668 Lascassas Pike. Any appointment beginning June 15th will be at the Lascassas location. MMC Lascassas will also have Laboratory and Radiology services, along with an MMC Now Family Walk-In Clinic.
