Patrick Yates joined MMC in December of 2008 as an Administrative Assistant.  She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Family and Consumer Studies and obtained a minor in Psychology.  Upon graduation, Patrick  started her career in the insurance industry, where she worked for twelve years.  Just prior to joining MMC, she worked for America World Adoption as their Tennessee Office Manager and was later promoted to the position of Southeast Public Relations Director.  

Patrick has been married for thirteen years to her husband, Daniel, and they have a daughter that they adopted from China in 2005 and a brand new baby boy that they recently adopted from Thailand. 

Patrick is passionate about helping others and she believes her job enables her to be in position where she can help others.  She also enjoys the daily interaction she has with the excellent administrative team, management and physicians of MMC.  She believes that MMC is a caring and committed organization to both its employees and patients.
